Gray Mediation Services
How does mediation work?

The decision to mediate belongs to the parties.

If both parties agree, mediation will be scheduled with an experienced mediator. During mediation, both sides will be able to exchange information and express expectations for reaching a meaningful resolution.

The parties work to reach common ground to resolve their differences. An agreement reached in mediation is binding.

If an agreement is not reached ,the parties may persue their legal rights.

Information disclosed during mediation is confidential.
